I have created this so that people who doesn’t want to install a Firefox add-on or Google Chrome extension can give it a try, too.

Hi Have your read the code in the twitter library you are using ? If you did you will see that it has a default cache implementation that writes to the filesystem. Writing to the filesystem is not possible in appengine.
